Article 19: The Counselor in charge of Evangelical Spiritual Teachings is responsible for the establishment and management of projects and activities relating to Evangelical Spiritual Teachings. He is concerned by Evangelical Spirituality affairs of the foundation. He is responsible for all the prayers centers "Messiah's Embassy International Churches" which are the spiritual headquarters of the foundation. He is then responsible for the quality of Pastors. He undertakes steps in collaboration with the Founder for research of: partners, friends, sponsors, etc. to support the development of his department He deals with everyday lives earning of pastors. He undertakes steps for relationships, partnerships with pastors and with all the Evangelical churches, which are in the body of Christ. He offers ideas, assignments of Pastors, advices and annual action plans to the Founder-President.
