Psalms 82:3-4  "Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.  4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked."

Article 13: Counselor in charge of Social, Humanitarian and Charitable Affairs is responsible for the establishment and management of projects on Social, Humanitarian and Charitable Affairs. He undertakes steps in collaboration with the Founder-President for research of: partners, friends, sponsors, etc. to support the development of his department. He is concerned by Social, Humanitarian and Charitable Affairs and proposes ideas, advices and social annual action plans to the Founder-President.
