Article 64: Anyone who attends one of our prayer centers is automatically an active member (friend) of the foundation CVFANR-CIUFTHEANS and must unconditionally be ready to provide advice, his donations and his subscriptions for the foundation so that it can cover its financial needs (self financing). For this, it is up to all the Messiah s Embassy International Churches to organize a special collection of funds called (Messiah's Embassy Charitable Sunday every first Sunday each month. The purpose of this special collection is to encourage all active members (friends) of the Foundation to contribute monthly to self-activities support by the foundation. Every time that these funds are collected, Church leaders add to the monthly support that the Church has for the foundation and then send it to the international headquarters of the foundation. The shares will be as follow: 100% divided by 4. So there will be 25% which remains in the Church for its menus expenditure, 25% will be sent to national headquarters for its menus national expenditure, 25% will be sent to regional headquarters (Regional Executive Governorate) for its regional menus expenditure and 25% plus (+) collected funds received from the members of the foundation in the form of a monthly subscription must be sent to the International headquarters of the foundation for its personal contributions to its projects and its social, charitable and humanitarian supports. The calculations above are subject to change depending on the direction of the Holy Spirit. The total expenditures for Churches annual maintenance are supported by national headquarters, regional headquarters or by the International headquarters if the actual cost is very high and beyond the financial jurisdiction of national headquarters and regional headquarters.

Article10: The General Steward in charge of Finance and materials is responsible for managing funds and properties of the foundation CVFANR-CIUFTHEANS. He is then in charge of collecting all the subscriptions of members (friends) and signs with the Founder-President records. He monitors the centralization and decentralization of funds that representations, departments, organizations, prayer centers, lucrative activities of the foundation provide to: Departmental National, Regional and International headquarters of foundation. For transparency at the level of centralization and decentralization of funds to the various Branches of the foundation, he may specially be accompanied by one of the following Inspectors (the General Inspector in charge of materials or the Inspector in charge of Finance) for a control mission on his functions.
Article 11: The General Steward assistant in charge of Finance and materials assist the General Steward in charge of Finance and materials in managing funds and properties of the foundation CVFANR-CIUFTHEANS. He replaces him in his absence. The General Steward in charge of Finances and materials and his Assistant must prepare to any time for the control by Inspector in charge of Finance and the one in charge of materials.

Article 22: The General Inspector in charge of Human Resources has the responsibility to ensure peace and quality of members, friends, partners, etc. of the Foundation. He undertakes steps in collaboration with the Founder for research of: partners, friends, sponsors, etc. to support the development of his department.
Article 23: The General Inspector in charge of Materials has the responsibility to inspect all Materials of the foundation. He undertakes steps in collaboration with the Founder-President for research of: partners, friends, sponsors, etc. to support the development of his department.
Article 24: The General Inspector in charge of Finance has the responsibility to inspect the finances and all accounts of the foundation. He undertakes steps in collaboration with the Founder-President for research of: partners, friends, sponsors, etc. to support the development of his department.
