Article 9: The Counselor in charge of organization and Protocol is responsible for all organizational tasks and protocols inherent in the activities undertaken by the foundation CVFANR-CIUFTHEANS. He also assists the General Secretary and replaces him in his absence. He takes organizational and protocols initiatives he considers good for a better organization at events organized by the foundation. He travels if possible with the Founder-President to assist him in the organizational and protocols affairs. He undertakes steps in collaboration with the Founder for research of: partners, friends, sponsors, etc. to support the development of his department. He offers ideas, advices and plans relating to security to the Founder-President.
Article 20: The Counselor in charge of Missions and International Affairs is responsible for Missions and International Affairs. He takes care of missions made by the foundation. He develops National and International mission-programs for the Founder-President. He assists the Founder-President when making decisions that concern the International Affairs. He carries out missions with his dynamical team (Evangelists) for International Affairs and implantation of representations of the foundation throughout the world. He watches over the quality of Evangelists (missionaries) and provides ideas, advices and annual action plans to the Founder-President.
